Shaun is a South African citizen with more than 10 years of legal experience across the African region. He joined the company as the Head of the Legal Department in July of 2022, after spending 7 years in multiple roles for the world’s largest security company, ranging from legal to specialised technology projects. He holds Bcomm (Law) and LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, as well as a Conveyancer.

Peter, brings over a decade of extensive experience in diverse senior management positions.
In June 2023, he joined Alistair as the Group Head of HR. Initially trained as a lawyer specializing in Labour Law, Peter transitioned into the corporate world.
Prior to his current role, he served as an HR and Payroll Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and General Manager in both the Private Security Industry and the Road Freight and Logistics Industry. Peter’s educational background includes a LLB, LLM, and MBA degrees from the University of Stellenbosch and Stellenbosch Business School.
Currently, he is in the process of completing his DBA in Responsible Leadership, further enhancing his expertise in the field.

Warren, a Zimbabwean national, assumed the role of Group Head of Operations (Road Freight) at Alistair in January 2022, bringing with him a decade of hands-on experience from Mozambique. A graduate of the University of Cape Town, he holds a BSocSc in Psychological Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Management.

Since entering the Transport and Logistics industry in 2005, Warren has steadily advanced through progressively senior positions, developing expertise in team and process management, strategic planning, and international fleet operations.

As the Head of Clearing & Forwarding Donald has demonstrated remarkable growth since joining the company in 2019, where he initially served as an Assistant Lead in the Clearing department. He is a Tanzanian national, who holds a Master’s Degree in Revenue Law and Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam and brings over five years of specialized expertise in Customs operations.

Pauline is a Belgian citizen who joined Alistair Group in April 2021. She has a degree in Business Management and gained experience as a Logistics Manager in the Construction sector, where she worked on several projects across the African continent. Since October 2021 she leads the Integrated Projects division within the group.

Brian is a U.S. citizen who joined our team in January 2016 and leads the Alistair Group Technology division. He was previously the Vice President, Technology for the world’s leading online marine and weather forecasting service provider, serving millions of users per month. Brian has over 15 years of experience in the management of technology operations, software development, and cloud-based high availability systems. He enjoys the fast-paced, diverse environment at Alistair Group, and is excited to be a part of The Company that makes Africa work better.

As head of HSSEQ and Technical Department at Alistair Group since July 2019, Manyanda brings over a decade of expertise in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Training Management Systems. A Tanzanian national, he has built a diverse portfolio across Mining, Manufacturing, Certification, and Telecommunications sectors.

His comprehensive experience encompasses managing organisational risk assessments, accident investigations, safety audits, and ensuring compliance with both local and international standards.

Will holds dual citizenship in the United States and the United Kingdom. Since 2017, he has been employed by Alistair Group, where he takes pleasure in creating and deploying the digital and physical infrastructure that enables Alistair’s teams to consistently deliver high-quality work on a large scale. Will has played a significant role in designing and rolling out the company’s solutions for transportation, warehousing, and document management.
