Alistair Group is pleased to announce a new development in our company’s growth. Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL), a global shipping and logistics company, has acquired a 25% stake in our organization.
This partnership aligns with MOL’s “BLUE ACTION 2035” management plan, which aims to expand non-shipping businesses in emerging markets. The collaboration combines MOL’s global network and shipping expertise with Alistair Group’s knowledge of African logistics.
Alistair James, Managing Director of Alistair Group, shared his thoughts on the partnership: “This collaboration with MOL enhances our capabilities in both ocean and cross-border shipping.
